"I’ve gone to DW more times than I should have. The main issue with them being whoever the white haired manager/owner being a pompous tool. He’s always been the type to not care if you buy there and it resonates with the lack of service provided. It’s also a tiny footprint with limited, overpriced goods. Two stars for the techs that work there who seem to actually give a damn. There are better shops in town."
"Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. They really went the extra mile for the repair of my son's bike while on vacation. They fixed his bike the same day we took it in so we were back on our way and they were very reasonably priced. Very satisfied."
