"My daughter had surgery scheduled for 6 months. When I called 3 weeks before scheduled surgery to see that we were still on schedule I never got a call back. Called three times with no call back. Finally I got an actual person to answer the phone 1 week before surgery and she said the doctor will be on vacation that day!! Then Helen DeVos called a couple days later to talk about the upcoming surgery so they didn’t even know that there wasn’t going to be a surgery. These calls went back and forth till 4 days before surgery. Dr. Taylor’s office never called back to say how sorry they were for the unacceptable service from their office. It was a nightmare and my poor daughter was devastated. She wanted her tonsils out! Beware!!"
