"If I could give this business a 0 star review I would. I came in last week and was treated so poorly by the staff there. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. I had broken my glasses and was seeing if there was anything they could do for me. I don’t have insurance because I couldn’t afford it at the time of my visit. As soon as I walked in the door they were rude to me. While I was scheduling my appointment they were also talking badly about patients that had just left. I will now be looking for a new eye doctor."

"The people make the office. Everyone I've interacted there with have been amazing. I have a difficult prescription which is often hard to get adjusted. The first prescription wasn't quite right (I am older and my eyes are deteriorating as they do) but they didn't mess around when I explained the problem they indicated it couldn't be fixed with adjustments and got me an appointment for a new exam within a short period that worked with my transportation's schedule and walked me through the new glasses order and the changes suggested and made. The new glasses are amazing. All this considering I am on government insurance which over the years I've found usually means subpar service. I am now (assuming insurance allows it) a customer for life. :)"
