Had me waiting for an appointment with Dr. Ramirez for 5 months only to have it cancelled an hour before, by an incredibly rude receptionist by the name of Cindy whom had not tried to reschedule or give me a different practice to seek help I was just transferred to an endless hold until hung up."

"This is the only decent place I could find near us that does not force or even push vaccines, and it is 41 miles away from us. Everyone I have dealt with there seems to be good except the receptionist who are terrible. They have poor communication skills. We traveled all the way there before only to find out the doctor had something else come up and we were not called. They also scheduled my kids together with different two different care providers, then after we got there said that I would have to go in with both children so they would have to reschedule one a different day! I would think they would have realized that I can only be in one place at a time, when they scheduled the appointment, but apparently not."

"Love my dr here so much but the staff is awful!!!! Makes me want to switch drs. If I didn't LOVE mine, I would without question. They are rude, not helpful at all, completely inconvenienced by my calls or questions, they send you to different extentions that go straight to voicemail every time, and I don't understand how they work there. Not the typical Bronson experience I'm used to. Very disappointing."
