"This is my second bad experience in one of your stores. Today I had an eye exam for a prescription and ordered two new pair of glasses. When I got home I was comparing the new script to an old one. I had questions about the difference and called the store to get an explanation. I was told the only thing I could do was wait till the glasses came in and reject them or cancel the order. I couldn’t get an answer as to why there was this one specific difference in the script. The lady was rude but canceled my order. The last time the store insisted on a new eye exam be cause the last was just over a year old. When they made the new glasses they mistakenly used an old script in my records. Making the $70 exam cost a waist of money. I was told they would refund but I never received anything. Today another disappointment in your store."
