"I came from Lansing to Grand Rapids to get my 3 year old daughters teeth fixed. She had a few issues and the front desk , to the nurses, to the doctor, they were all professional and went above and beyond there duties to make my families experience top notch. It didn't matter how we looked, the insurance we carried , or where we were from. They made my daughters experience so nice for what it was, my daughter didn't even complain and came home feeling great, that shows care in the work performed. "Amazing staff!! From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor, they were all extremely kind and helpful! My son felt safe and comfortable the whole time he was there!! The Doctor was extremely helpful after we went home as well. We were able to call or text the doctor. I text him two times with some concerns and within minutes he text back both times!"

"Absolutely amazing place! My oldest was seen here before they moved offices (years ago) and we had a great experience then. My youngest was just here today (9/28/23) and I could not be more pleased with the experience! They even had a Paws for Cause doggo! The staff made sure I understood what was going on, made sure I had no questions, explained to my youngest what was happening (it’s his world, we’re just living in it). The waiting room was comfortable and open. You can tell the staff really like helping kids!"
