"I have no idea how this office has such high reviews! I had a horrible experience. I came in with a broken crown and a HUGE cavity with a large hole. The dentist changed his mind 2 times on the treatment. First he says I need a root canal and crown then he decides he can just fill it (took 5 min to do) He DIDNT drill out the decay first! fast forward 6 months later and not only did the filling fall out a huge chunk of my tooth broke off and was continuing to decay underneath the filling. I plan on reporting this to the dental board. He went with the lazy route. Also, the back office dental assistant is rude as heck and was arguing with me about my teeth. She also rudely demanded I pay for a crown up front. I had already discussed payment with the office. It was very unprofessional and not her place to discuss money like that. Especially not in a demanding tone as she did. Money wasted and I left feeling very mistreated. I should have walked out like my instincts were telling me."

"Showed up for my 11a confirmed appointment today & found the lights off in the waiting room & was told no one was available to do the three cleaning for my kids today that has been scheduled for months. They apparently forgot to notify me & offered no apology or explanation. The lady behind the counter just clicked at her computer & waited for me to leave. I’m blown away by the lack of professionalism and concern for customers. Save yourself the time & go anywhere else."

"This place is absolutely wonderful. I first started going to them when I was pregnant, and they were extremely conscious of which treatments to use that would impact baby, and (I’m sure lots of mamas can appreciate this) still checked on my independent comfort! Whenever we have pain or an emergency, they will go above and beyond to make sure we get in ASAP. They are also very financially conscious. They give us EVERY option with estimated cost, and are very honest on what things can be put off and what to prioritize so we don’t get hit with crazy bills. As long as I live in Grand Rapids, I will never go anywhere else!"

"While the staff is friendly at this point I cannot recommend coming to them. They frequently cancel appointments the day of. I understand staffing is an issue for everyone right now, however after a second or third time having to be rescheduled it a little ridiculous. I told my husband to book an appointment with them and after going in for an initial appointment in which he was supposed to get a cleaning they said they weren't able to as they didn't have the staff and rescheduled him. He just got a call today as his new appointment was for tomorrow and again they are canceling his appointment due to staffing issues. Like I stated, friendly staff but I don't have time to constantly be rescheduling dental appointments and my place of work certainly doesn't appreciate it. If you have a flexible schedule give them a shot but at this point I'm going to have to find a new dental office."

"Our family (13yrs-45yrs) LOVES this office! The entire staff is amazing - Janelle, Jess, Madison (just to name a few) are all friendly - this place runs like clockwork. From a minor question to an office visit (working us in if needed the same day) the entire staff is very caring, thorough (you never feel rushed out) and sensitive to our needs along with following up with us after any procedure. I highly recommend this dental office!"
