"When I was living in the Wyoming Mi area and they were my dentist. They were very good about getting me in and taking care of my needs. They put a crown on my lower molar over a year ago. I moved out of the area last spring. Last week my crown fell out, I have tried to contact them to find out what to do about this with no answer from them they have an answering machine I have left messages with them with no return call. I guess I shouldn't have stated I had a crown fall out in my message maybe they would have called me back. When did this start when you cannot get a real person to answer your call?"
"I just today got a bill from here. I went there once in 2001. I never went back because they are rude, very unprofessional, new employees all the time. I paid my bill AT my 2001 appt!?? Change their name a few times too. I just called them & told them wipe it off because you will get nothing from me. 22 years ago??? REALLY? Must not be doing well, sending bills to ppl who've paid & haven't been there in over a decade. (Not one word of them on my credit report either..??) DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY DENTAL NEEDS... YOU'LL BE SORRY. SCAMMERS!"
