"Dr Weisman is a very good Dr. Unfortunately his PA Kelly is not good and I definitely would not see her. I have filed a complaint with the Michigan Licensing Board on her. She lied to her supervising Dr and had me dismissed from the practice. I supplied documentation to support this."

"I had a recommendation from a friend to see the doctor here for help with an ADHD diagnosis/testing. When I went to schedule the doctor wasn’t taking in any new clients but was given the option to see PA. I informed the receptionist the reason for my visit and it didn’t seem like there was any issue. After taking time off work and finally seeing the PA we spoke for all of 3 minutes before she informed me she doesn’t perform any diagnostics and I need to see a different doctor. The staff and PA were nice enough, and I understand not wanting to diagnose something you’re not trained on. But I’m just frustrated that I wasn’t informed beforehand that she doesn’t do this service and still charged full price. It would be like paying for an hour of your mechanics time just for him to say he doesn’t work on BMWs when you show up."

"Dr Talbert and the other doctors I have seen at PMG are wonderful. My only issues have been with office staff. I'm not saying there are not great staff there, but I have often experienced the issues other reviewers have mentioned (being cut off when I'm speaking, rudeness over the phone, etc.). I've been a patient there for a long time. I've always been able to see any doctor for a medication refill and have in fact been recommended to see another doctor for a medication refill if Dr Talbert doesn't have an appointment available. Today, when I called for a refill appointment and Dr Talbert didn't have an appointment available within a timeframe that works for me, I asked if I could see another doctor. I was told in a condescending manner that I "can't keep switchin' back and forth between doctors for medication refills" and I need to "stick with one." I'm a doctor myself, not of medicine, but a working professional also in the service industry and don't understand why it is so difficult for people in the service industry to be customer service professionals. I know people are annoying--I work in the service industry too--but you can't treat your customers that way. If you don't like people, find another job. I followed up with a manager who explained things to me professionally and with courtesy regarding both the issue posted above and the issue I had the last time I made an appointment. The person I spoke with on the phone when I called on both of those occasions should at least attempt to model the manager's behavior. She was a true customer service professional."

"I wanted to get in to see a doctor, but I wasn’t a current patient. Having some issues and talking with Shanna, she was so friendly and accommodating, and got me in the following day. My PA was.Kelly Murdock… so young, but so knowledgeable. I could tell that she heard me. Very respectable and I wanted to hug her when we were done. I absolutely love that I got my foot in the door and grateful for their services. Also, Jaya was very sweet as well as (can’t remember her name) but the lady at check out. She’s been there for 15 years. Thank you all so very much."

"They don't refill perscriptions without a doctor's visit. Booking a physical is about 5 months out. I like the physicians here but I am just frustrated with how this office runs. Just got my $160 out of pocket charges for an office visit that really should've been considered preventative care. I never felt so ripped off for medical care in all my life. I will need to shop around for a new doctor's office."
