"The doctor seems nice enough. My first visit did not seem real. It felt rushed and detached. My first interactions were with her daughters who were filling in due to short staff but they were not medical professionals. They took my vitals. Never experienced that before. Very very poor communication. The receptionist seemed detached as well. She was seated right at the phone but I called in several times before I got there to ask a few questions and got no answer. I literally never got anyone on the phone when trying to get a minor issue resolved like the spelling of my name corrected. I NEVER got a response to this day. I really hope that this was a bad day and not common practice. The bill for the copay came quickly tho. This experience was unsettling."

"I’m grateful to Dr. Karen Little and her staff. I started going to her several years ago when I had a sudden medical problem. My PCD could not fit me in for two months. It was during the holidays. Dr. Little’s office staff were so caring and said with holiday cancellations she knew they could get me in. They called the next day. Dr. Little’s treatment was right on. I have been going to her since. Dr. Little is so caring and thorough. She gave me emotional support when my family member was sick even praying with me and giving me advice for my family member. I had a thorough check up today and she asked about my family member. Everyone was as caring as ever. I have my doctor and her staff❤️"

"She was my primary care who canceled my in person visit two hours before my appt., was thirty minutes late to the zoom call. I thought that I had kidney pain which turned out to be a pulled muscle after I went to urgent care and to the ER. Wanted to have her look at hyperpigmentation spots on my face and was accused by her of trying to lighten my skin. This is all after I refused a $7,000treatment for cool sculpting and paying $250 for shots my insurance pays for. No confidence vote from me."

"When I first started going to Dr. Russell, I thought she was very kind and caring. The last few years right before the pandemic she seemed to change. She has become very cold and uncaring and only cares about pushing her own products. The last few years going to her my visits were rushed and my concerns not addressed. I was made to feel stupid like the things I explained were bothering me didn’t matter and I was wasting her time. One time I had a list of things I wanted to talk about and she ripped the list from my hands and stated she did not have time to go over a list. Another thing is the staff never answers the phones you have to leave a message and it takes days sometimes a week to get a call back and sometimes you don’t get a call back at all. I have recently found a new doctor who takes the time and listens to what I have to say. And my new doctor’s office always answers the phone when you call."

"I thought the doctor was nice and listened but after my appointment it seems that I fell in the cracks. I had a problem with my blood pressure and the doctor never called me back I had to keep inquiring which is very concerning. I also have a problem with sleep we spoke about it and now I have to chase her down leaving messages because the phone is rarely answered and it seems no matter what the doctor will not call back , this is a horrible way to treat your patients. If you can't handle a certain flow of patients then don't take them because it's not fair to to someone that's coming to you for help."
