"Looks like they either don’t have enough staff or only want to see so many patients a day. But in 40years I have never seen a physician office that wants to schedule a month out especially for a medication that really helps my condition. This office cares less for the suffering patients go through in order to get a prescription. Then suddenly after complaining “someone just canceled” and Instead of waiting a month I have to still wait two weeks. I will be looking for another pcp after this appointment."

"Updating based on hearing back from practice manager. She has responded to my emails and is/has been very helpful and responsive. However, I am still considering switching PCPs as the communication has not really improved with my current doc. Also, the time I called and left a message with the receptionist, I still never heard back from that one. I am going to give it a little more time and if I am still unhappy with portal communications with my current doc, I will either switch PCPs or switch my care group entirely. Original Review: I used to really like working with this practice. Lately, the doctor I see never returns my (healthcare related) messages through the portal and I called and left a message for my doctor with a receptionist about weeks ago and STILL have not heard back. I will update this review if things improve but at this time I'm considering switching practices as things have gone VERY downhill since I first became a patient here (~ 7 years ago)..."

"Every time that I have called this place, the receptionist girl (I never got her name) has always been rude. The first time I called, she acted like she could not hear me over the phone and immediately hung up on me. I called back within a few minutes, and this time, someone else picked up the phone. He was a lot more helpful and was able to book an appointment for me. Several weeks have gone by, and I had to reschedule my appointment. Again, the same girl picked up the phone, and it seemed like she was unwilling to help me reschedule. She told me that they don't accept new patients on Saturdays...I never asked for a Saturday. And she continued, stating that they are all booked out for the remainder of the year. So I decided to look for a new PCP instead. I called back to cancel my appointment, and she was so short with me. I'm not interested in this clinic if the first point of contact - receptionist girl is always rude and unwilling to help book appointments."

"Been a patient of Dr. Zuckerberg for 20+ years. He is a great doctor and has a very well connected network of specialists. he staff is fantastic and never dissapoints."

"I have always received great service at OFP. The office staff is great and pleasant to work with. Dr. Z and Dr. S have always provided me with excellent healthcare. I have never had any problems with getting an appointment and the office manager has gone out of her way to help me and my family when extra care was needed."
