"Doctors are very good! Dr Demoss is great, and nurse practitioner is good! the staff eventhough nice are so unorganized! Takes forever to follow up with medications, have to call 4 times and no call back. When you call to follow up with exams with the doctor , the push you to schedule appointments with the nurse practitioner who is not the one requesting the exams. If it were not for the doctor's I would change offices immediately!"

"I really like my doctor, dr. DeMoss. however it is like pulling teeth trying to get an appointment here. It is usually a small moral victory when you even get through to a person rather than just the busy buzz, and as soon as you get the person the likelihood of there being an open appointment in the next 5 days is Slim to nil. I have resorted to going to urgent care or Med One for my last three medical needs including poison ivy and a small sinus infection because the doctors won't prescribe anything over the phone yet they can't see you in person. This is an ongoing issue and seems to get worse every year and as much as I enjoy my physician I will likely be looking for a new family doctor this year."

"I have always had nothing but the best treatment & care, the staff always considerate & helpful. Yes, they get busy & at times you have to wait your turn, either on the phone or in the office. But it is not the receptionist's fault when they can't get someone off the phone so they can take another call, nor can they tell the person at the window "You are holding up the line so stop asking questions over & over that I can't answer or you are just too dumb to understand & move out of the way!". They always treat everyone equally important, no matter who you are or what is wrong with you. These women need (and have) the patience of a Saint!! Dr. DeMoss is very thorough in his questions & makes sure my all questions are answered to my satisfaction & that I have no more. He reminds me of an old time "Country Doctor" with his soft spoken manners & calm competent care. He never makes me feel rushed or like I'm on an assembly line & he needs to hurry to get to his next patient so he can make more money. He takes an interest in your whole life, not just your X-rays & Labs. He knows everything in your life effects your health & needs looked at. Keep up the terrific work team!!!!"

"I don't like the fact that if u switch ur child's ins. Even with him being a patient there already they won't give him his shots. I have been a patient there for 2 years now. I like my Dr but the Secretaries are horrible. The judge u a lot then tell u its between u and ur Dr. Well of course it is. So just take my message and send it back. Honestly they are the reason I am looking for a different Dr."

"The doctors and staff are so kind and compassionate. They treat me and my family like we're important and are willing to work with us on any issues that have come up. I feel like I'm a part of their family. Appointments are easy to get and we've been treated quickly and compassionately by the doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses and office staff. I am so happy with the way we're treated and I tell my friends and family about the excellent treatment we receive. If there was a rating higher than 5 stars I'd absolutely give Holland Family Medicine that. I'm thankful and feel blessed belonging to such a wonderful medical group."
