"Very professional and courteous. Never had any billing issues, yes there is paperwork beforehand but not your standard stuff. As a parent you need to answer questionnaires that help the Doctor understand the child as you see them."

"Scheduled an appointment in the beginning of the month only to find out that they canceled my appointment a couple days before it for not filling out forms beforehand. Not sure why I wasn’t contacted via phone beforehand or why I’m not able to fill this paperwork out in office. Maybe prioritize seeing patients in a timely matter rather than making sure you guys get paid. Just had to reschedule for another month out, thanks to you guys! Thanks for wasting everybody’s time!"

"Do not use this provider! The office sent me an email telling me I had to pay $500 for a first appointment and $500 for a second appointment because my daughter’s Individual deductible is 0 but my family deductible was met. They tried to talk down on me by saying insurance is confusing but this is how it work and I’m like I work for a health insurance company, I can tell you how it works. Then they cancelled my appointments. Literally the worst experience and I’m glad my daughter did not go with this provider. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. Billers screw up all the time but once they have members money they don’t really fight the insurance they leave you to do it because they’ve been paid so it’s not their problem."
