"Sheila Rao, MD worst physician bedside manner I have ever encountered in my near twenty years of practicing medicine. Belittled my daughter throughout the appointment to the point my daughter was in crying after she left the room. The way that she spoke to me and my daughter was deplorable at best. These are very impressionable teenagers, and she truly has no business in pediatrics."

"I am so grateful to have found Dr. Rao office. Dr. Rao is an absolutely PHENOMENAL pediatrician. I could not reccomend her more highly if I tried. My oldest is an adult now, but I have had been taking both my boys here since my youngest was an infant. My youngest still sees Dr. Rao. He really likes her and the office staff a lot. He nor his brother have ever had a fear of going to any of their appointments. I feel a sense of security knowing she is in charge of my sons primary healthcare. I myself have some health issues and have seen many doctors over the years, and I can honestly say Dr. Rao is one of the best. We are lucky to be in her care. From the front desk office staff to the assistants and nurses everyone who works here are all wonderful at the Clinton Twp office. Every person I have spoken with over the years has been a joy, and they have always been fantastic with the kids. My youngest has been coming here since he was an infant and he isn't even afraid of shots! I would highly recommend Dr. Rao and Lakeview Pediatrics to anyone who is looking for a clean office with friendly staff, and a superb pediatrician who's very thorough, gives excellent explanations, and is great with kids."

"Worst office ever. First of all before taking you as a new patient they have you call the insurance & put their doctor as a primery care physician. Second, the office opens at 8:15 , they don’t answer the phone till 9:30. Third, when you finally get to talk to them after calling 20 times in a row , they can’t take you because they are fully booked, I always end up taking my daughter to urgent care. This happened 3 times in 2 months. Today I asked the receptionist why did you take me as a patient if I never get to see the doctor? She hang up on me without calling back."

"She is by far the most AMAZING Doctor! My child has chronic illness and has sooo many diagnosis. When I dont know what to do and other specialists cant figure it out she always takes her time and gets to the bottom of things! She goes out of her way every time, calls after hours to check on us, and is so knowledgeable. I went through 4 doctors before we found her and wont be leaving till they kick us out lol She IS THE BEST!"
