"Doctor Benton is the best he literally saved my life. No other dr ever checked my thyroid, but he did. If I had not received treatment for that I would have died in 2 to 3 years. He takes his time with me and is very through. Everyone there is the greatest. Would not go anywhere else."

"I like Dr Douglas Benton so far but his assistants/ front desk and over the phone assistants are very rude and make many mistakes. So far, they messed up my member numbers for my health insurance. They also messed up sending in an order for a specialized test to another facility repeated times. The other agency called twice to set up an appointment and couldn't because the order was sent with incorrect information. I have only been there once. I called to find out test/ blood results; the woman said she would transfer me to the nurse and hung up on me. I called back and asked about an appointment for test results and she was very rude. I don't know if it's worth it to keep going back."

"I was nervous to see this doctor after all the bad reviews. I saw him for the first time today. He was very respectful of me and seemed to be actually concerned about my health. He did not appear to have the arrogance that so many doctors have (like they are god or something because they went to med school and we little patients need to listen and obey). He was very kind and listened to everything I said. The staff was also very kind to me. I am very relieved and happy to go back for my next appointment."

"Been going to dr Benton jr for years I think he is a good doctor. Recently just got a bill from 2 year ago that they messed up that’s why it was two years late. I tired to work something out with them but they wouldn’t expect anything less then the full amount. Disappointing they wouldn’t help out a patient that has always paid on time before In the past."
