"Seems to never have available doctors, they dont work Tuesday and Thursday (even tho there are two doctors at the office) also my son had an ear infection and for his first appointment we were waiting a week to see the doctor (he was in a lot of pain and was screaming constantly for days, I told the woman on the phone that and she said sorry we dont have anything available until end of next week), im very disappointed from this practice, I changed my baby’s pediatrician after they said they dont have available doctors on Tuesday and Thursday, very disappointing"

"They are unorganized I called so I could get my daughter in to see a Dr because her asthma is acting up really bad they tried to schedule me for the following week the pediatric Dr never there once out the week"

"The worst doctors i have ever experienced! Only thing keeping these uneducated morons in buisness is all the boaters on medicaid who dont speak english and are prob new here so they dont realize yet that this is NOT how professional doctors offices should work here in america. The "ladies" that answer the phones are completely snotty uneducated cunts. Had a conversation go like this.... "You have to make an appointment for the doctor to refill ur daughters meds"...."I was told by the doctor he would refill her script no probs over the phone we discussed it ahead of time ,this doctor IS NOT a neurologist and her nerologist already has been giving it too her for over 2 years and hes just out of town"...." Take her to the neurologist then!"... "Did you not just hear me tell you hes out of town?"...."u HAVE to make appointment" ...."why" ..."BECAUSE!"... "Um okay but why".... "BECAUSE!"... " you do realize you are not answering my question right?"..." You HAVE to make an appointment"... " you wont even explain to me why".... "I explained to you many times BECAUSE U HAVE TO".... "Because is NOT a reason this is completly unprofessional and i will never bring any of my children back her ever again, how did you even get a job acting like that?"...Then i hung up... At no thanks to these frauds my daughter got her epilepsy prescription from another doctor and he told me that clearly the river oaks staff is just fishing for the appointment money and will make you make an appointment for everything. it's inhumane to keep life-saving meds from an epileptic child just because you want more dollars in your pocket. The horrid lady who answered the phone is clearly a relative who just got her job for being part of the family. Do your children a favor and never bring them to these money hungry frauds. Take them to people who choose the medical industry because they care for people not because they see dollar signs in their eyes."

"Idk what happen to the staff he had about 5 years ago but I'm not happy with the new staff especially the ladies at the front desk who where extremely rude and inconsiderate of the fact they messed my sons script up and I had to be rude to them in order for them to do the job they get paid for!!!!!!!!! It was extremely annoying and unprofessional tho listen to the 3 ladies at the front desk speaking Arabic talking about some nonsens ...... I am Arabic speaking and totally understand the need to accommodate the majority of the needs of the public that your serving ....however don't be rude .. I'm done with this place my entire family use to come here and we have all left.. mostly dude to the rude staff"
