Glorious Wilson-Reynolds, NP

"We absolutely love Dr. Glorious!!! My only issue is the staff. I've called repeatedly to get a note for my daughter's school about her diagnosis nothing major just something that states her diagnosis and what she can and cannot do because of said diagnosis. It's been 3 weeks almost 4 I believe and still nothing... I called on week 2 to see if the papers were ready and someone rudely answered and said we will call when it's ready. So we are still waiting along with the school at this point. My daughter's referrals were a nightmare as well which I had to call several times and leave several messages just to see what was going on. We are still having issues with the referrals not due to Dr. Glorious ' staff but the other dr's calling to set up appts. I don't even wanna bother with calling the office to try and figure out someone else we could refer my daughter to so she can be seen because they make you feel like you're bothering them. We are debating switching Dr's but Dr. Glorious is the best Dr we have had who listens to my concerns and is willing to figure things out with us. It's a shame her staff doesn't feel the same as her."

"Glorious is so good with my son. My son is Autistic she is very Patient with him. She also takes the time to listen to me. I highly Recommend her as your kids doctor."

"Took my 10 yr daughter in for her 1st appt with Dr Reynolds and we waited in the waiting area 40 mins until I asked receptionist what's taking so long. Everyone was coming right in and being seen except us. Finally make it to a room and the nurse was breathing hard like she needs her own health checked. She asks me questions about my daughter then turns to my 10 yr old and asks her does she smokes and then laughs about it. My daughter and I didn't find it funny that she asked a 10 yr old if she smokes. After she did my daughter vitals, we waited another 35 mins until we finally just walked out. As we're walking out one of the receptionists ask if I would like to make another appt. Um why would I want to schedule another appt with the extreme waiting times. So let's just say we never got to meet Dr Reynolds and wasted our time."

"Glorious herself is amazing and a great pediatrician! My only issue is the office staff. Literally never answers the phone and never calls back when you leave messages. They're terrible with sending referrals as we had to wait 6 months on them for my son's speech therapy, as well as other delayed referrals, but not to that extent. This alone makes us want to switch but with glorious being as good as she is, it makes it difficult."

"Glorious Renyolds is amazing! I took my son to urgent care on Tuesday for my sick son and they didn’t do anything for him 2 days later he wasn’t getting any better, I was able to get in to see Glorious Wilson Renyolds and they tested him for strep, flu, and rsv right away. His results came back as rsv and he got the care he needed she is so informative and answered all my questions I had. By the next day my son was looking and feeling much better. He is still recovering and going through his breathing treatments but I am so thankful she was able to get him in and get the care he needed. Her staff is also very wonderful we will be switching pediatrician office to come see her!"
