"Whoever cooks the lengua does an amazing job, best beef tongue in town, hands down!!! Seared nice and crispy on the outside while remaining moist and juicy. I've ate/eat at all the taquerias in town, beef tongue tacos or burritos are my go to, and I've gotten the best here. Only adjustment I make is requesting my burrito filled like how they do it over at michoacan (Tomato, Cheese, Lettuce, Sour cream, Avocado, Onion, Pickled Jalapeño with Carrot, No rice, No Bean) It makes for the absolute best burrito I've had so far. Stuffed full of meat and fixings but still wrapped neatly shut. (unlike @ michoacan, very messy.) When the restaurant finally reopens I pray the cook is still working here."
