"INHUMANE SERVICE!!!!!!! The absolute worse mistake! Staff is not friendly! The groomer did a totally lousy job on my beautiful Ragdoll cat. I received a phone call that my cat was ready for pickup 30 minutes after dropping her off. When I arrived my precious cat was still wet and sitting in her kennel on the floor in the lobby area alone shaking uncontrollably. The place smells filthy! That alone should have been an eye opener for me. Never again! I drove over 30 miles for the worse pet grooming experience ever. I highly recommend to NOT have your pet groomed at “My Dog’s Groomer” in Canton, Michigan on Lilley Road. BAD SERVICE! DO NOT THERE! I am writing this message for a bad review. If I could send zero star I would!!!!!"
"I’ve been taking my dogs to My Dog’s Groomer for around 15 years. They’re very patient, and always do an amazing job. My hyper Bernedoodle has gone to them since she was around 6 months old, and they have been SO patient with her. They do whatever cut I request, depending on my dogs’ needs."
