The person supposed to meet with us for our initial visit was extremely unprofessional. I get having a bad day. This was very unsettling. We ended up leaving before even seeing someone since we could hear that the person behind the wall that would be helping us needed the day off…"

"I started coming here a couple months ago & I was extremely nervous to start. The reception ladies are lovely and the office is very welcoming. I got matched up with Terez & I honestly don’t think I could’ve found a better therapist. In the short amount of time I’ve been working with her she has helped me tremendously. I’ve never felt judged & I really feel like Terez wants the best for me & is helping me get there. Talking to her every week is definitely something I look forward to and I look forward to continuing my journey with her!"

"I started Therapy at this facility about a year ago and I was assigned to a woman named Terez. I have had therapy sessions at many different places, each place leaving me feeling more hopeless than when I started! Terez has been a such a delight to work with. She is so passionate about what she does, and it’s demonstrated through progress. She really is exceptional and she goes above and beyond because she truly cares about her clients. I can’t express the amount of gratitude I have for all of the insight she has provided me through out the course of my therapy to present day. Crossing paths is very flexible and the staff is always so pleasant and professional. I would give this counseling place more stars but I only have the option to leave 5!"

"We see Mrs. Terez and she is amazing. I have watched my daughter go from never wanting to leave our house to going to school without crying the night before. My daughter is able to express her feeling and self in a productive way. I am looking forward to continuing to see Mrs. Terez. She is a wonderful person and makes me feel safe enough to leave my daughter with her. She is truly a blessing from God. Everyone that I have met has been very friendly and nice. It's a great place to seek mental health help."

"My son goes here and I will say me and my son loved his counselor so much. She is so amazing when I have problems at home or work I am able to text her about the problems with my son. All the workers here are just so amazing they welcome you and even sits down and talk to you without acting like their life's are so busy. This is the 3rd place we have been to in a few years and I will say I will never go anywhere else. I talk about all the amazing workers and building to everyone I know. Also this building is the cleanest place I have been in."
