"I waited to rate her until I wasn't angry anymore. I dropped my two poms off to her. After 6 hours my husband called and she said it would be another hour or so. Something didn't feel right. My 4 lb girl was chained with a heavy chan to the wall. she was shaved except for around her face and her tail. She looked like a kamono dragon. My boy was shaved and patchy, I took him unfinished. I did not pay, and will never return"

"I was not happy with the service my roomate and I received from this groomer. She was very unprofessional. We were from out of town and were expecting to stay in the building while she groomed our dogs due to the fact that it was her dogs first time being groomed and neither the dogs nor we were familiar with her. We were gone for an hour to get cash and had dinner. By the time we had came back and walked in, she kicked us out. My roommates dog was chained to the wall, while she worked on my dog. We sat in her driveway for 3 HOURS!!!! During that time my roommates dog could have easily been with us on a walk or playing in the yard, instead of being chained in a hot room. She did NOT do what I asked her too with my Pomeranian because it’s what she thought was best for him. I was a paying customer and she completely disregarded what I wanted for MY dog. I will not be returning and will steer people away the best I can."
