"My child was seen by Mr. Haskins. When speaking to him, he would try to talk down to me. When I would bring up issues with my childs behavior he would be dismissive. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! We have tried to get records from Dr. Memmon and they will not send the records to the family Dr. Don't waste your time with this place!!!"
"I’ve come to this place on and off for the past 10 years or so. More recently the office has been terrible. You rarely can get someone to answer your phone calls. It’s very difficult to schedule appointments and especially with Memon (psychiatrist). Very disappointing. The therapists themselves are pleasant and work well with their patients. Recently, I made an appointment with my therapist so I can refill my medications. I never received a phone call for this appointment. I called the office and they said it was never scheduled. I wasted my time getting a baby sitter to go along with this appointment. The office woman wouldn’t take responsibility for her mistake. I’m not going to be coming back here. There are always hiccups with the office."
"I’m very disappointed. I’m going through a lot in life and people do get sick. sometimes more than others. But when you call to reschedule and the staff belittles me for being repetitive for canceling doesn’t make anyone feel any better. I will not be returning for therapy or doctor. I will also not be recommending this office to any of my friends or family that may need services."
"Old lady told my friends mom it's in her best interest to put her in the high school where she is hated and will be bullied. She is not here to help anybody she is just hurting people. She is not about help patients she just listens to what everyone else has to say about someone then labeling them as what she heard."
