"In my opinion Dr. Cason does not have a great depth of knowledge about different psychological methods to help her clients. She continued to "treat" my teenager when she appeared to be so traumatized from Dr. Cason's pressure to spend time with an abusive parent that the child could not speak to Dr. Cason or even make eye contact with her. I felt threatened by Dr. Cason as she had been appointed by the court and would testify against me if my child did not continue with (in my opinion and my child's opinion) unproductive, silent, traumatic therapy. Dr. Cason used techniques for reunification therapy that are not evidence based and have been self published by Dr. Craig Childress, who has sanctions against his license."
