"I would not recommend working with Alliance Physical Therapy Partners. I have had billing issues since my services at the end of 2020. I worked with a claims advocate as well as appealed the charges through my insurance company and thankfully just got the billing reconciled in my favor. I would highly recommend patients look at their invoices closely -- Armor PT made several mistakes and were difficult to work with."
"My experience with virtual physical therapy at Alliance was incredibly positive. It was very easy to access, convenient, effective, and perhaps most importantly, it was the most affordable option I have found. The pricing was absolutely straightforward, fair, and I knew exactly when and how much I would be billed for these services. My therapist, Katie, was excellent. She was knowledgeable, communicative, and very effective. She gave me a wide variety of exercises and stretches that provided relief, answered all my questions, and was just overall very helpful and informative.
