Even my husband and family have said they can see a marked improvement. Also, Alicia and Sam are amazing. They are the receptionists for Life Coach. They are such sweet and wonderful women. We have become friends and I look forward to seeing them every week. They are so incredibly friendly, smart and fun. They are very open to working with you and your personal schedules. They are so kind to everyone and make everyone feel welcome and look to going above and beyond for all of the patients/clients here. I truly am grateful to this team and everything they do. "I see Gene Hamilton. He is very insightful. He's always very understanding. And he helps me in the all the twists and turns off my life. He's very friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm confused with some of these low reviews. My experience here has been great. The front desk ladies are upbeat and friendly. Also very helpful and accommodating. I feel very comfortable with the people there."

"While currently waiting on my results, I figured I'd leave a note on my services. Receptionists- wonderful, understanding to my hectic schedule & showed empathy to my rescheduled test. (My fault) Jene- personally I felt he was very personable. I wasn't rushed & he seemed to take his time with me while my anxiety was high. My hope for the test, answers. Possibly medication to help me through. I'm not sure about everyone else's reviews, but they didn't seem fitting for this business."

"My experience with Life Coach Psychology was negative on all levels of interaction. I never had issues with their male receptionist, but the multiple women I spoke with in person and on the phone were all very short and rude. One in particular did not like it when I asked to be called by my nickname because it wasn't the offical name on my insurance. It was also recommended I not see their male psychologist because he was "Older, getting ready to retire and ...well you know... isn't a great fit for every client..." to quote the receptionist. I thought that was a very unprofessional thing to say when I was trying to schedule my first appointment. The last review for Life Coach mentioned her psychologist being a man that made very general statements instead of asking deeper more personal questions. Knowing that they only had two men on staff when I was scheduling I am pretty sure I had the same psychologist and I have to agree with her assessement. The thing that bothers me the most is that when I finally decided to cancel my three future appointments and not return, I never got a check-in call to ask why or make sure I was okay. At Life Coach Psychology I felt like a number and not truly cared about, which left me feeling worse. It did the opposite of what pshycology services should do. I hope their other psychologists are better. That is the only thing I cannot comment on. They may have a few gems on staff that I unfortunately was not able to meet."
