"I've been coming to Kentwood Physical Therapy for a few years now for many different injuries! Nothing can compare the individual attention and expert knowledge they have on any injury and sees that those issues meets their prodigal, and feels they can safely release you...doing your the home exercises is the key. They will demonstrate how to do them properly and tweak them if necessary. I'm not there for hours. I seen Doug Essenburg and Jamie. Plus being greeted with their awesome receptionist, Shelly. "Doug is AMAZING. I’ve been a runner my entire life and recently got into some harder, more intense training for marathons. I’ve been dealing with nagging injuries and went to multiple other PT’s with no results. My first session with Doug, he was able to determine that my pain was coming from my back. He got out his anatomy book and showed me exactly which areas were involved and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. He showed me some simple stretches to offload pressure which resulted in immediate relief of almost 100% of my pain. Of course I have to continue doing the stretches and exercises, but I made incredible progress in so many areas I’ve been struggling with in just a few weeks. He had me running again within just a couple weeks of a pretty significant foot injury. I will definitely be going to Doug for all future PT needs. Not only is he incredible, but so is the staff. Being greeted by Shelly, his receptionist every time I walked in was so nice, and she knew me by name after just one visit."

I had meniscus knee surgery and was in lot of pain. Adam was very patient and Charismatic. I limped in and after my first session I walked out without a limp.
