"Rhea has been an amazing therapist and has helped me to get to a better point in my life. When talking to her she is not judgmental, and she makes you feel very comfortable as if you were just talking with a friend. She has a lot of helpful resources and does assign homework from time to time (but a lot of the homework was really helpful). Originally I was seeing her for marital therapy and individual therapy as well, and she helped me to realize what I want, setting boundaries, and being able to speak to how I feel instead of staying silent to keep the peace, and she also helped me to learn that saving the marriage was not what I wanted. When I first started my sessions with her I was seeing her twice a month and now she has guided me to an amazing growth to where I only need to see her once a quarter. She has also helped to guide me through becoming a new mother and was helpful in giving information of warning signs to PPD (which thankfully I had no issues with). However being a new mom, and a working mom on top of that can be stressful and she has helped a lot with that. I would highly recommend Rhea to anyone!
