"As I sit here in tears, I am in shock that a place that is supposed to help people, runs a business like this. My partner and I have been searching for months for a therapist that fits our needs and takes my insurance. We are preparing to buy our first house early in the coming summer, and we want to be sure we go into it as strong as possible. After my initial online inquiry, I received a response back with 4 therapist that fit our needs. It really seemed this was meant to be, as the one we picked had one consistent opening, on our day off together. We were ecstatic to have finally found someone. I was told to call to get on the schedule, so I did. I was told upon this call, that I had to complete paperwork, and it was due 2 days before our first session, which was supposed to be on 1-2. Yesterday, 13 days prior, I was surprised to receive an email stating that I had less than 24 hours to complete the paperwork, or we would be removed from the schedule. At this point, I had already done all that I could. I had also sent an email, to the person that originally gave me the 4 options and let them know I had a couple of questions, as well as an issue with 3 docs that I could not get to work via their portal. I never received a response to said email, so I called the office right away after receiving the less than 24 hour notice from someone else (Maria S). I was sent 3 “fillable” docs. I downloaded them, completed them, and sent them back. In the email I sent back in, I noted that 1 of the 3 was not working properly. It would not take the first letter of my first or last name. I sent it as is, after closing it out and trying 3 different times. The next email I received, stated we had been removed from the schedule. We are livid, and extremely disappointed. I did everything they asked, even after they sprung a new deadline on me, leaving me with less than 24 hours, versus 13 days. The only thing I could think, was that this was done on purpose because of my insurance. I have Medicaid. After reading other reviews, I see this is not the first time that have pulled this kind of charade on people with Medicaid. Is this the world we live in now? A place that is supposed to help people, discriminates through their greed!? If GR therapy group is that against taking a little pay cut to help those with Medicaid, then why not just stop telling people they accept it! This put a big whole in our hearts, right before Christmas. SHAME ON YOU!! I will be reaching out to my provider to make them aware of this treatment."

"I wish I could review the actual therapy I received, but I couldn’t even get that far. I called to make an appointment and confirm they took priority health insurance, which they said they do, full stop, no contingencies. I scheduled my appointment a month and a half out, and filled out all of my paperwork, including insurance information immediately after booking. 3 days before my appointment, they email me asking for front and back photos of my insurance card, which I submit. The day before my appointment they called and said they do not bill my insurance because it is priority health “narrow network”, but I can pay out of pocket if I want to keep my appointment. Seriously the day before an appointment I waited a month and a half for, and they had my insurance group and contract number saying “narrow network” right on the document the entire time. Super, super disappointing. This group does not know how to communicate effectively."

"Saw Dr. Dave for two sessions and was pretty disappointed. He spent the first 30 minutes talking about himself- and not in a way that builds rapport or relationship- mostly in a way in which he just rambled on and on about himself. He made little effort to get to know me or my partner and after engaging a dispute ended the session quickly. It was done online and so at the end of the hour he essentially said, "ok, well I have to go...." and hung up the online call. Dr. Dave will be the last person I recommend anyone to go to."

"Rosslyn Is great, we’ve seen a great improvement in our 10 year old son. They even have a group meditation every Wednesday at lunch! Just walking in the front door you’ll probably meet one of them most wonderful ladies in the world & BONUS- she makes great hot coco! (my son can vouch)"
