"Made an appointment for my dog and when I arrived the place was closed until further notice. No one called to cancel the appointment. I really liked their services, but....."

"We went to our first private swim and the boy is now a swimming machine. Colleen was so kind, patient, and helpful with getting him used to the pool depth, sides, and steps. There’s plenty of toys, life jackets in many sizes, and towels. The human can go in the pool with their companions, but come prepared. If you need assistance ask when booking pool time. We now go several times a week and the boy becomes beyond excited driving within 3 miles of Bubble Puppy. It’s always clean and there are two shower stalls to wash and dry the dogs after swimming. "Swimming in a pool is a great activity for active dogs. 15 minutes in their salt water pool is the same as running 5 miles for a dog. The staff gave private lessons to my dog for no additional charge his first time there, guiding him back and forth through the water. It’s cheaper to go for the open swim, however, you can rent the pool for an hour session for a reasonable price. There is a free drying station you can use. Be aware you’ll get wet as the dogs jump into the pool. Dress appropriately. They were gentle with my canine as he got his first nail trim. I was most pleased. Although I’ve not used the salon area, I know it’s an open concept so you can monitor what is happening to your pup. There is also a self serve area. Colleen Medere, the owner, cares deeply about the safety of all dogs, therefore Bubble Puppy sponsors fundraisers for nearby shelters in need. It’s a upstanding place which I heartily recommend!"
