"When I first entered the facility, I was greeted by the smell of disinfectant, which brought a smile to my face. Many years ago, I searched for a nursing home for my Mom and most of them smelled like old used diapers. My brother is a long-term patient at this facility. I was very impressed by the clean conditions that I observed and I was even more impressed with the way that the staff related to my brother. Almost every staff member came to the sitting area, introduced themselves to us, and told us how much they like my brother. Almost all of them gave my brother a friendly hug or a hand on his shoulder. I could tell that many of the staff and my brother have developed a friendship that is very supportive to my brother's needs. My brother has only positive things to say about his stay at the facility. I left knowing that my brother is in good hands."

"Care, food and cleanliness a 5 star! My father inlaw was there for almost 2 years and his wife now there for a year. She LOVES it there. Activities provided and the garden area is wonderful. We are so thankful for this facility. The decor and flooring is depressing and out dated but again grateful for the care and staff!!"

"HORRIBLE place, Therapy Department was horrible, my Mom was sent there, us being new to the area, the hospital chose this place, she was admitted in after a hip break, and the Physical Therapist assigned to her (the male one) was THE WORST. Needless to say, it was so bad that we had to bring her home, try home therapy and then have her admitted into another Facility in Frankfort. The place was chaos. Communication was a joke. They didn't give meds like they were supposed to, and a couple nurses said Mom was given meds, next shift came on and said absolutely not. Mistake? Nope... happened many times. There were a couple of nurses who were AWESOME. Other than that, I honestly would highly recommend to choose any place but here."
