"If I could leave no star I would. Jennifer did an absolute terrible job on my dog. We discussed the cut and the length and I was shocked when I picked him up. He was scalped and cut nothing like we talked about. She said he was matted. Which was a lie. Because my dog is cut every 4 weeks and I brushed, and combed him the night before. He looked awful. I only used her because I was out of town . I think she only knows one cut and uses one size blade. Scalped and all chopped up. Never again."

"Booked my spot, showed up and the owner stated it was the day before. Why didn't she call? Then when we finally did get my dog in, she called me less than an hour later that she couldn't gro my dog and gave me no reason. My dog has never had any issues previously and has been groomed for over 10 years. Then when I asked if she knew of anyone else because I was new in town, she refused. Wow! What a horrible experience, do NOT waste your time here."
