"Dr. Dolan is outstanding. I have seen her with all 4 of my pregnancies. NEVER have I felt rushed, nor has she EVER been rude to me LOL. I was shocked while reading some of these reviews. She has always been very professional, but I have felt like she talks to me like a friend. I had the pleasure of having her with me for 2 out of 3 of my deliveries (I'm currently pregnant with my 4th). She kept such a happy, light energy in the room. She was also very confident. I knew without a doubt I was in good hands. I get that people have certain expectations when giving birth, and birth plans. But please keep in mind that it will ALWAYS go the babies way, NOT YOURS. And that Doctor is there to make sure you and your baby go home safely REGARDLESS of your birth plan. Doctors get sued every day for things that went wrong that was out of their control. Your birth plan is not going to matter in court. Don't hold that over a Doctor's head and comment on her character nor her professionalism because she was unable to follow a birth plan. Dr. Dolan is a fantastic doctor. I've seen her for over 15 years. I feel that she has made my wellbeing a priority every time I've been there. I feel very safe in her hands."
"Extremely rude and unprofessional. Made me mistrust doctors for a long time. Very difficult to get a return call. Went in for a yearly wellness, fully covered by insurance, but she tried billing me for a question she asked me that took less than 20 seconds of our conversation and I didn't even bring it up"
"As I am in the third trimester of my first pregnancy, Dr. Dolan has really eased my anxiety that can come along with experiencing your first. She always answers any questions I have and her staff is awesome."
"She is a great doctor in a rush sometimes but always polite answered all my questions and concerns. The office staff is also great always easy to reach and make appointments never had to wait for the appointment to begin. They made my first pregnancy easier."
"Dr. Dolan was my doctor when I delivered my third child. She was very calm and professional and I felt very comfortable with her. Joanne the certified midwife in her office sat with me throughout my labor and delivered my son. It was the best experience. I'll be staying with her as a patient even tho I moved an hour away."
