"Dr. Miller has been my healthcare provider since I was 16 years old, she and her office staff was more than just a typical doctors office to me, they were like family. The biggest complaint people have about Dr. Miller's office is the wait times, but honestly the waits are only long because she is thorough. When I was younger and the focus was birth control, she literally took the time to go over all methods, and gave her expert opinions on what was best. When I got old and the focus was on conceiving, she explained in-depth everything I needed to know and even sent me to one of the best nutritionist and MFM providers. When I had complications in my pregnancy she gave me her person cell phone number and picked up every time I called. She is a doctor who prides herself in giving her patients the best care possible, she doesn't just treat the problem she treats the person and for that kind of care I would wait all day."

"I was referred to Dr. Miller by a very nice lady at my husbands job. And upon my first visit I waited a while. But when we met her my husband and I agreed it was well worth the wait!!!!! She took great care of me all 9 months of my pregnancy. And when it was time for me to deliver my baby boy I had some complications and instead of Dr. Miller throwing in the towel and giving me a c-section she was very patient with me and allowed my body to naturally open up for my son to make his way down! I DELIVERED A HEALTHY BABY BOY!!!! And in that moment when I saw her in the hospital I then realized she has a lot of responsibility so I could understand the small wait. "My anual appointment took 3 hours last time. This time I waited 2 hours in the waiting room and just left with out being seen. I understand that Doctors have emergencies (I don't know if that was the case today) but I would have appreciated being informed of the status of my appointment so I could choose whether to wait or reschedule. I was hesitant about coming back anyway, because last time Dr. Miller left the room while I was in stirrups and left the door wide open. I had to reach and nudge it shut to keep from being seen... Looking for a new Doctor now."
