"Dr. Speier is a great doctor and she seems to really care about her patients. However, after a surgery she performed on me last year, I’ve had a ton of extra medical expenses and it’s been extremely tight. I had an outstanding balance with their office of under $200 and I’ve assured them I will pay it asap, as I have with the many other bills they have sent since my surgery. When it wasn’t paid on time they refused to fill my medication and sent my account to collections. I understand why they sent it to collections but to withhold my medication over a few hundred dollars seems harsh. They seem like a great team there but they didn’t communicate with me or try to set up a payment plan."
