"I got caught in the middle of a terrible thunderstorm with my six year old son and found this hidden gem. Regardless of the fact that it was late Jason, the manager was extremely polite and helpful. I could not believe the room rate for the location, quality of the room, cleanliness, and the fact that you’re literally lake living. Magical doesn’t even describe it properly because this place was otherworldly. We can’t wait to come back. This place is an incredible and unique experience. You will definitely have to give a try. "Wasn't very clean and they don't have any rooms that fit more than 2 people. And you have to bring all of your own toiletries because I asked for one roll of toilet paper and they refused me. They said that the half of roll in the bathroom was plenty for me even though I was sick and blowing my nose alot. Needless to say I ran out before morning. There are also no microwaves or refrigerators. No snack or ice machines. No coffee. And the only toiletry was some very small hand soap. And no wash clothes. Or Wi-Fi."

"The average price of hotels in the 10 mile radius was around $150 a night. I was traveling for work I just needed a place to rest. This place is pretty run down and and lacking some of the minor amenities you may take for granted such as soap and shampoo. I have stayed in hotels for $60 a night before that are quite nice. I feel $35 at night would have been a generous amount to pay for this room."

"Its clean. But there are cheaper motels I've been to with more amenities. There is no phone, microwave, mini-fridge, shampoo, conditioner, or any soap of any kind at all. Also in my room there are only like 7 channels available and the only two movie channels don't have any sound. The water pipes are ridiculously audible. I'm surprised we even got towels."

"Just to start off, it's terribly dirty. When I walked into the front office and looked around it looked like no one had actually cleaned the place in a few years. The girl at the desk was very nice and did give great service. She was knowledgeable and friendly. In my opinion the room is not worth the price just because of the incredibly poor cleanliness. There was a leaky crack in the toilet. The white bathroom towels all had stains on them. The room smelled like an old VFW room because all the smoke has never been properly cleaned. So much so we hung car air fresheners throughout the room. All the fixtures in the bathroom were rusty. There was dust on every surface that was over waist height. If the hotel was exactly the same as it is and someone would actually clean the place I'd have no other complaints."
