"This theater is really starting to show it's age. It's over 25 years old, and I think the seats are the original ones. They're not physically uncomfortable, but visibly and mentally a feat to sit in. So many stains, and frayed sections... You just kind of have to close your eyes and just hope the stains are old. Back when this theater opened, the occasional stained cloth seat might not have been an issue because you could just shift down a seat. But now that you reserve specific seats, you're kinda stuck with what you picked. Concessions was also disappointing. In both variety and cost. It really feels like this theater has done nothing to update itself to keep up with the other chains around... Other than raise prices."
"Good place to see The Pictures. The 1990s theme is still present within and is quite nostalgic. Concessions are plentiful with many things. The seats could be upgraded. Kinda old, small and don't recline. The screen was nice and big and the sound was great. And overall a good cinematic experience for the most part."
"This theatre did not at all meet my expectations. I came here to watch Neru on December 22, 2023. During my show, the interval was skipped, the "interval" text came up on screen but the second half began playing immediately without any break. This is not a big problem but led to me missing part of the movie since I needed to purchase lunch. Furthermore, the theatre is not clean, there were stains on the seats, which were also not very comfortable. The food here however, was good. If possible, go the Cinemark theatre in Ann Arbor, the seats there are very good for standard format. The IMAX seats there aren't the best but still better than the seats in standard format screens here."
"I love this theaters construction and the staff was great, seats in the theater are old, outdated and close together. The concession food was good and had great options, I love the fact I could get free refills on my drink (I don't know about popcorn refills). I don't know if I'll be back due to the seating but it if I did go back it's because of the staff. (Not including managers as I did not deal with any )"
"Seats aren't very comfortable or clean, can do with an improvement on those. Hall is decent. The Washroom is clean and they do have pretty interiors. Snacks are good too. Staff is decent."
