"I only stayed for one night, but it was a delightful stay. I felt more like I was a family member than a guest. Grandma was a very energetic lady and has been most of her life. I will stay there again without hesitation."

"The owners are nice people and you can breathe a family atmosphere. The rooms are clean and nice, their style reflects just that of Grandma's house. Breakfast is great, cooked by the owner every morning. The property is cosy and just a 10-minute walk from the down town."

"Totally felt like we were staying with family! Grandma Chi Chi and Larry were such warm, heartfelt and accommodating hosts! Stayed there for 5 days during son's baseball tournament and would stay here again. The coffee (Grandma Chi Chi actually has her own blend made by the local coffee company) and conversation were the best part of our stay! We were only minutes from downtown Rockford which is a great little town that has many shops and restaurants in a park like setting by the dam/riverfront. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable and down home cozy place to stay, THIS IS THE PLACE!!!"

"Grandma Chi Chi, Larry and Buddy could not be more gracious hosts. We found Grandmas House Bed and Breakfast online. After talking to Grandma Chi Chi for just one minute, and hearing her easy laugh, we knew that we would feel right at home here. They treated us splendidly. We woke up from a blissful night’s sleep in our comfy beds at grandma’s house to the delightful smells of custard French toast, sausage, fruits, juices, and fresh coffee. The soothing sounds of Hank Sr. welcomed us down the stairs to the dining room table, already set and waiting for us. The beds are perfectly comfortable with ample pillows, sheets and homey quilts. The rooms are dark and quiet. Exquisitely homespun breakfasts and cheerful banter with our hosts were the highlights. Grandmas’ House B&B is a national treasure. Book now, before (more) word gets out! Five stars aren’t enough."

"We (My daughter, her husband and daughter and myself) shared a room at Grandma's House during the Unity Festival in Muskegon, Michigan. We could not find a reasonable hotel near Muskegon so we chose to drive to Rockford. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, the comfortableness and the hospitality at Grandma's House. The prices were very reasonable...$60 a night with $10 added for me, the 3rd adult. Our room contained a queen size and a twin size bed. The rooms were very quaint with quilts and antiques. The house was very neat and clean. Beds were made with crisp clean sheets all tucked in with hospital corners! There were plenty of pillows and beds were very comfortable. The bathroom, which would be shared by all guests was neat and clean, equipped with extra towels, washcloths, soaps and shampoos along with Dixie cups. Grandma fixed us a nice breakfast of French toast, sausage, orange juice, milk and coffee and was fixed at the time we were able to choose. My granddaughter took full advantage of the swing on the front porch. We would definitely stay here again."
