"This office needs to rethink their remodel. There are no signs indicating what to do when you walk in. You used to be met with one person who would ask what you needed then wait til tour name was called. Now you walk in and see 4 associates who work with travel only. You have to wait til ine of tbem is free to uave them take your name. These associations dont take payments so you have to wait for "an insurance associate" to take your payment. But then you have to wait because they are all too busy chit chatting with each other. There is not ine of them who is assigned to take payments so you must wait again because they either ignore you or they are all in the phones. So if you decide to go there pack a lunch and be prepared to wait"
