"Do NOT purchase their roadside assistance! It is a complete joke. I wish I was kidding when I say I waited 11 1/2 hrs, yes 11.5 hrs for a tow less than 2 miles alway from my home on a day we had snow and cold temperatures. I have been with Brad and his firm since I was able to drive and have my 1st car at the age of 16. I have given 11 yrs of loyalty to a company that claims they are there for you but when you really need them they fall through. Unacceptable, if I could give ZERO STAR rating I would. I have recommended many friends and family to State Farm, but I surely won’t anymore."

"Insurance being the scam that it is beware of when you don't have coverage because of something that someone in their office didn't push the correct button to activate. Beware of what your vehicle is worth in THEIR EYES not in the markets eyes before you go full coverage. They will squeeze that for everything they can and then you get nailed with the final cost whereas they come out happy. Makes me wonder who the insurance is really for here. THEIR over site is someone else's problem not theirs"
