"Worst people you could ever work with. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Used them for a business I was working for multiple times they lost our file and over charged us. Our agent Julio Garcia was rude and condescending and often couldn’t get ahold of him after 12pm I guess his lunch took the rest of the day for him. A lot of worse things I could say about that man but what stuck out the most was in inherent ability to not care about his clients, and to be as unprofessional as imaginable I am actually been embarrassed for this man listening to him, talk to clients and the way he addressed my boss and other coworkers of mine. And after talking to Julio, and being fed up with his demeanor, I talk to a superior this was about a year or two ago I don’t remember her name, but she was the leading adjuster or whatever you call it there, and she was even worse than him so I guess it’s safe to say that they hire a certain type of people to fight their battles for them and they do not care about service, customer service, or having a quality reputation. There’s a lot more I could say about these people, but I will leave it at that."
