"Can't speak on Mr. Craft himself, but I can say that the people he has working at his Gateway Park agency in Clarkston, are both lazy and incompetent. My policy was re-written the middle of December 2015 and I've had nothing but problems since then. First, my name and address were wrong, even though they wrote my initial policy and had all the correct information. Not only did I contact them 4 times within a month with no changes made, but I then had to contact Allstate customer service as well, to finally get resolution to the issue. Second, after e-signing all required documents sent to me, not once, but twice, I was informed that my health insurance (which garners a policy discount) was dropped from my policy, thus raising my premium. I have now contacted them 2 separate times over the last 3-4 weeks to get this fixed, and both times I have not even received the callback I was told to expect within 1-2 days, as well as nothing being changed on my policy to reflect their promises. I have now contacted customer service again, and the problem is being resolved. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE LEAVING THIS AGENCY AS WELL AS REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB."
