"I’ve had the pleasure of using PAWS several times now, with increased satisfaction with every visit. The sitters are efficient and friendly, and are always reporting back. Our cats were a little freaked out by “new” people in the house, but quickly became more comfortable with each passing day. (I could see their expressions from the photos that were sent to me daily by the sitters. Initially they were a little uneasy, and then completely comfortable after a few days.). PAWS also demonstrates great Customer Service. We had a little billing snafu that was quickly corrected. I highly recommend this service for you and your fur babies!"

I told the ladies who came over that my cats were shy and was pleasantly surprised that both Blueberry and Oscar came out of hiding for some play time and petting. All our information was carefully recorded and the ladies had no trouble at all with our somewhat complex alarm system. Every day we got an update and pictures. We could tell that the Paws people know and love animals and are VERY responsible. We've used Paws Around Motown several times without a worry for our summer vacations. Also, Becky Lea is a wonderful, highly professional business owner who goes the extra mile for her customers and truly treats all her clients with the utmost respect as well as making sure her staff meets her high standards too.
