"I drove an hour into town specifically to come to AAA to get my international drivers permit. Before heading there, I called the office to confirm that someone would be at the office at 12:30 to get this done, and I was told that they would absolutely be able to do that for me. When I arrived at 12:30, I told the front worker what I was there for. He said, “oh, we only have one person who does that and she went to lunch a little while ago. She should be back in around an hour or so.” I had meetings I had to get back to, so I had to leave and head back home. Now, I have to move around my other meetings next week and just hope that I don’t drive an hour there and back for nothing. This was highly disappointing and quite unprofessional."

"Disclaimer, I work at AAA as a travel agent so I see how they treat people every day. I'm so impressed with the customer service and the focus on service to members and nonmembers. I'm so happy being a travel agent at AAA. I love that we are passionate about traveling, seeing the world you want to see the way you want to see it. The Insurance agents are just as passionate. The Front Desk crew are willing to help from road maps to quick and efficient payments taken. I know because it's a great place to work as well."
