"I called to make a reservation for three nights and asked the call center worker to please transfer me to the actual hotel because I had some questions specific to that location. He kindly did, but the woman working in the lobby who answered the phone was awful. Because of her, I decided not to book here. She sounded irritated just answering the phone and was very rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. I can not justify paying almost $400 for a hotel stay just to be treated like garbage by the staff. Such a shame. Please do better with customer service. Side note: I spoke with another call center employee who contacted the same woman and he said she was extremely rude to him as well."
"If I could give a lower rating for service I would. My friend is deaf and partially blind and the lady at the counter yelled at her about it. And yelled at my children. It could have been handled completely different. We will not be coming back which is a shame because we were frequent visitors."
"This is my favorite place to stay when I'm in the Roscommon/Grayling area. It's in a nice location and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The best part is the pool and the hot tub. There are never too many people there, so it's always a relaxing experience."
"We love staying here. We have stayed here a couple of times now. The pool and hot tub are exactly what we wanted. The hot tub is hot, and the pool is kept at a warmer temp as well. Breakfast options are slim pickings, but it's definitely worth the stay! If you have the option, opt for a room on the back side by the woods so you can animal watch. We will be back again!"
"We stopped in for 1 night on a long road trip. Check In was easy and quick. The room was clean and stylish. And we loved backing on to the green space to see the animals. Would definitely recommend."
