"This sorry excuse for a human is incapable of telling the truth. He's unprofessional and unable to do his job with any semblance of integrity or responsiveness. He's failed on multiple occasions to fulfill his professional obligations, and the latest cost me over $1500 in paid premiums for policies that were supposed to be canceled and were not for over a year. Allstate corporate was no help when presented the situation. They chose to keep the overpaid premium even when presented the irrefutable proof of coverage through their competitor. Please shop for coverage elsewhere."

"If I could leave zero stars I would. He dodged emails and phone calls after requesting my policy to be canceled and his justification was because I did not respond to a singular email of his. I asked him if they paid out actual cost or cash value when a claim is filed and he dodged around the bush with that question as well I would not do business with him if you paid me to."

"Joe is a terrible agent, never answers his phone or returns messages. They matched my State Farm policy by burying a $2500 deductible in my pip. I found that when I was in a wreck that wasn’t my fault, I had to pay the first $2500 of my medical. What a surprise that was. Now, I purchased a flood policy, my address was wrong for the first 6 months and now I found the policy I purchased is completely wrong!!! I would NOT suggest ANYBODY use this agent. TERRIBLE"
