"I started here a few months ago. What a great place to get fit at. If you have never tried crossfit, like me, this is the place to start. Super supportive trainers and everyone is very welcoming no matter what your level of fitness is. Edit: I now have been going here for what is going on 4+ years now. I have met some amazing people at Edge and have to say this is one of the most welcoming and fun places to work out. Avoid the global gyms and get into Edge."
"CrossFit Edge is one of the best gyms I have ever belonged to. Burt has created an amazing family type atmosphere. You never feel unwelcomed. After a while it kind of reminds you of the show Cheers (Everybody knows your name) The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. If you have a previous injury or are recovering from an illness they scale the workout so you don't cause yourself harm, but at the same time you get a great workout. As you can tell I highly recommend this gym. The best thing you can do is call and make an appointment like I did and see for yourself."

Definitely recommend to beginners and seasoned athletes alike. Excellent programming, fair rates, great equipment, and they make safety a priority."
