"I use to weight train a few years back and stopped after having my first child and after my second I decided to start pilates. Pilates is a completely different beast in itself. I recommend all the instructors here but if there was one I could say you HAVE TO try it is ARIEL. Ariel's energy, confidence, and techniques are totally different than any training I have ever done. Not only is she very knowledgeable in Pilates, she is very much helpful. She explains and corrects without making you feel insecure and that was the main thing I needed when it came to an instructor. I can say I am sore leaving her class in a good way which makes me want to come back to every class she teaches. Great Pilates studio, highly recommend it."

"I’d like to remain anonymous because I am still attending but I had a terrible experience with an instructor at this location. I feel like she didn’t pay me much attention and didn’t help tend to correcting my form or posture. She was also very snooty when I went to introduce myself & I really love Pilates. So it’s unfortunate that this location isn’t used to or know how to deal with black women particularly. I am considering finding a new location due to this issue."
