"Completely incompetent, can only catch house pets, if it's really dangerous or serious all they do is live trap and if that doesn't work then there is nothing else they do. They're in it for the profit only and are extremely prejudice against certain breeds. Honestly Appalled. They should be stripped of their lisecncing. Left a review on Facebook and they blocked me even because they didn't like what I had to say. Thank god I don't live in Osceola County anymore. They are a kill site and have no problem with it."
"They do so well finding homes for their animals! Very active on Facebook with listing their current pets, I like how they help so many of them! They often have already fixed cats for $5."
"Even though I don't have Facebook, I respect this place and their page, if this animal shelter didn't post missing animals on their page frequently, I don't think I would have been able to reunite people and their pets, I've rescued four dogs and three cats because of Osceola county animal control. I just recently rescued a black lab and a red pitbull from the side of the road and found out who they belonged to because of here."
