"Pilates Detroit is honestly the BEST. A girlfriend and I started with Duet Sessions with Allison in April, and instantly fell in love. Allison is beyond thorough and makes it a very safe space to learn and grow. I was a true beginner, had never taken a Pilates class prior. After some semi-private sessions I was able to join the normal classes with ease. Beth and Nikki are also so wonderful, encouraging and hold great classes.
