"I truly enjoy working out at Crossfit Bolster! It's not only the owner and his wife (Brad and Katie) that makes this box great, it's the people that make up the classes. Most everyone is super friendly and helpful. There's a great level of competitiveness mixed with cheering others on. I've tried a few other gyms from LA fitness in Royal Oak to CF boxes in Indy and Dallas, however at CF Bolster, you know you're going to have a great workout every time with good people!"
